Personal Development with the Five Behaviors™
Working with Wiley and its powerful tools, including the original DiSC assessment and Patrick Lencioni’s Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ has many advantages. One of them is the possibility to offer my clients the opportunity to take part in the beta testing of new products and programs under development.
Wiley is currently refining a new stand-alone program, based on the Five Behaviors, to help people learn how to become more effective team members. It’s called The Five Behaviors – Personal Development.
These behaviors are: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. The model is not complicated but it requires some hard work to really hone these skills and you can bet it’s worth it if you want to build more engaged teams, generate improved productivity and see stronger results!
Team Building in support of the Canadian Cancer Society
It was a great pleasure (and a lot of fun!) for me to work with the talented and dynamic team at the Canadian Cancer Society here in Vancouver – first because they are a very highly motivated and engaged team already, looking to become even stronger. Also, by supporting their team, I felt like I was somehow contributing to the important work they do in fighting this disease that has painfully touched so many of us and our families – including both of my dear parents.
So, thank you, Sofia Janmohamed (Director, Leadership Giving), from deep inside my heart, for inviting me to support your awesome group! Keep up the great work you do!
