Ashli is a bi-lingual, Certified Organizational Coach (COC – UBC), and International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialed Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She is also a certified trainer, conference speaker, an MBA faculty member (teaching leadership and HR) at University Canada West, as well as a guest lecturer of Organizational Behaviour at the prestigious UPES in India. Ashli earned a bachelor’s degree in art history (taken entirely in Italian) during her 14-year stay in Parma, Italy. Also in Parma, she earned her Level II Sommelier Certification through the renowned Associazione Italiana Sommeliers. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Royal Roads University in Victoria, Canada and is a certified facilitator for DiSC, The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive TeamTM and SuperHost®. Ashli is an active member of the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade and she serves on the board of the ICF Vancouver chapter. As a coach and trainer, Ashli brings an open-minded, relatable and collaborative approach to partnering with her clients, supporting them in pursuit of their goals.
